Delaware High School Basketball - Howard crushes Concord

February 10, 2022: Wilmington, DE 19810

Howard Wildcats (Wilmington, DE) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Concord Raiders (Wilmington, DE), 84-54 in a league bout.

With the win, Howard upgrades its record to 13-3 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Brandywine (Wilmington, DE) to play the Bulldogs in a Blue Hen Flight - B bout on Wednesday, February 16. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 5-9. Brandywine lost 52-51 in their recent non-league bout against St. Mark's (Wilmington, DE)

Next up, the Raiders play the Mount Pleasant Green Knights (Wilmington, DE) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 12. Concord will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Green Knights go into the bout with a 6-3 record after their 45-43 league win over Appoquinimink (West Middletown, DE).
