Ohio High School Basketball - Upper Scioto Valley crushes Ridgemont
February 10, 2023: McGuffey, OH 45859 Upper Scioto Valley Rams (McGuffey, OH) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Ridgemont Golden Gophers (Mount Victory, OH), 74-44 in a league bout.
With the victory, Upper Scioto Valley upgrades its record to 14-5 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Carey (Carey, OH) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 11. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a record of 17-3. Carey won 42-34 in their recent league bout against Upper Sandusky (Upper Sandusky, OH)
Next up, the Golden Gophers play the Vanlue Wildcats (Vanlue, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 11. Ridgemont will attempt to upgrade on its 5-13 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 7-12 record after their 84-36 league loss to Arlington (Arlington, OH).
