Ohio High School Basketball - Ridgemont succumbs to Riverdale
January 7, 2023: Mt. Blanchard, OH 45867 The Riverdale Falcons topped the visiting Ridgemont Golden Gophers basketball team by a final score of 57-48 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Falcons face the Van Buren Black Knights (Van Buren, OH) in a Blanchard Valley game, on Friday, January 13. Riverdale will attempt to move on its 2-8 season record. The Black Knights enter the game with a 4-6 record after their 60-43 non-league win over Hardin Northern (Dola, OH).
With the defeat, Ridgemont moves to 3-7 on the year. The Golden gophers travel to Perry (Lima, OH) to face the Commodores in a Northwest Central game on Friday, January 20. The Commodores enter the game with a record of 5-6.
