February 11, 2023: Mount Victory, OH 43340 The Vanlue Wildcats (Vanlue, OH) basketball knocked off the host Ridgemont Golden Gophers (Mount Victory, OH), 62-54 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (8-12) will now prepare for their test against Ada (Ada, OH). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 8-13 record. In their last test, Ada went down by Lincolnview (Van Wert, OH), 53-52, in a league test.
The Golden Gophers now own a 5-14 record. They play next when they host Cory-Rawson for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 14. Ridgemont will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 70-48 non-league win over Hardin Northern (Dola, OH). The Hornets record now stands at 12-9.
