Oregon High School Basketball - West Linn holds off Sherwood
February 10, 2024: Sherwood, OR 97140 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the West Linn Lions (West Linn, OR) and the host Sherwood Bowmen (Sherwood, OR), saw West Linn's basketball squad hold off Sherwood by a tally of 60-58.
With the victory, West Linn improves its record to 10-10 on the campaign. The Lions host Lakeridge (Lake Oswego, OR) to confront the Pacers in a 6A Three Rivers challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Pacers come into the challenge with a record of 13-6. Lakeridge won 57-47 in their recent league challenge against Tigard (Tigard, OR)
Next up, the Bowmen confront the McMinnville Grizzlies (McMinnville, OR) in a 6A Pacific challenge, on Tuesday, February 13. Sherwood will attempt to improve on its 10-9 season record. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a 11-10 record after their 52-44 league win over Newberg (Newberg, OR).
