Michigan High School Basketball - Marine City toppled by Armada
February 10, 2025: Marine City, MI 48039 Armada Tigers (Armada, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Marine City Mariners (Marine City, MI), 59-47 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Armada upgrades its record to 11-6 on the year. The Tigers travel to North Branch (North Branch, MI) to face the Broncos in a Blue Water Area match on Thursday, February 13. The Broncos enter the match with a record of 10-7. North Branch won 68-48 in their recent non-league match against Clio (Clio, MI)
The Mariners now sport a 5-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eastpointe for a Macomb Area - Silver match on Tuesday, February 11. Marine City will face a Shamrocks squad coming off a 70-43 league win over Mott (Warren, MI). The Shamrocks record now stands at 9-9.
