Kentucky High School Basketball - Harlan tops Boyd County
February 11, 2023: Ashland, KY 41102 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Harlan Green Dragons (Harlan, KY) and the host Boyd County Lions (Ashland, KY), saw Harlan's basketball squad knock off Boyd County by a count of 71-63.
With the victory, Harlan upgrades its record to 18-3 on the campaign. The Green Dragons travel to South Laurel (London, KY) to play the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 11. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 17-7. South Laurel won 80-71 in their recent non-league challenge against Boyle County (Danville, KY)
Next up, the Lions play the Russell Red Devils (Russell, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 13. Boyd County will attempt to upgrade on its 20-4 season record. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a 22-4 record after their 80-67 non-league win over Bath County (Owingsville, KY).
