Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Howe Lions (Howe, OK) and the visiting Vian Wolverines (Vian, OK), saw Howe's basketball squad wallop Vian by a tally of 74-31.

With the victory, Howe improves its record to 17-5 on the campaign. The Lions host Westville (Westville, OK) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 13. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a record of 0-10. Westville lost 47-28 in their recent non-league challenge against Colcord (Colcord, OK)

Next up, the Wolverines play the Eufaula Ironheads (Eufaula, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 14. Vian will attempt to improve on its 5-14 season record.
