Oklahoma High School Basketball - Howe overwhelms Vian

January 9, 2023: Vian, OK 74962

Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Howe Lions (Howe, OK) and the host Vian Wolverines (Vian, OK), saw Howe's basketball squad wallop Vian by a count of 80-34.

With the victory, Howe upgrades its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Oktaha (Oktaha, OK) to play the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 3-1.

Next up, the Wolverines play the Westville Yellowjackets (Westville, OK) in a Big Eight challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Vian will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 81-45 non-league loss to Howe (Howe, OK).
