The Thornton Trojans basketball team scored 59 points and limited the host Aurora Central Trojans to 50 in the Trojans league triumph on Tuesday.

The Trojans now possess a 15-5 record. They play next when they host Skyview for a 5A/4A Colorado game on Thursday, February 13. Thornton will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 47-39 league loss to Gateway (Aurora, CO). The Wolverines record now stands at 6-13.

With the loss, Aurora Central falls to 10-10 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Thomas Jefferson (Denver, CO) to confront the Spartans in a non-league game on Thursday, February 13.
