The Thornton Trojans basketball team scored 66 points and limited the visiting Gateway Olympians to 55 in the Trojans league triumph on Tuesday.

The Trojans now possess a 9-5 record. They play next when they host Aurora Central for a 5A/4A Colorado game on Thursday, January 23. Thornton will confront a Trojans team coming off a 60-55 league win over Adams City (Commerce City, CO). The Trojans record now stands at 7-7.
