In Tuesday's league contest, the host Rice Memorial Green Knights basketball team scored a good 58-50 win over the Champlain Valley Union Redhawks.

The Green Knights (15-4) will now prepare for their contest against Bellows Free Academy (St. Albans, VT). The Bobwhites/Comets come into the non-league contest with a 8-11 record. In their last contest, Bellows Free Academy was topped by Burlington (Burlington, VT), 95-46, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Redhawks battle the Burr & Burton Bulldogs (Manchester, VT) in a non-league contest, on Friday, February 14.
