February 11, 2025: Edon, OH 43518 Edon Bombers (Edon, OH) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Hamilton Marines (Hamilton, IN), 62-42 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Edon upgrades its record to 12-8 on the year. The Bombers host Holgate (Holgate, OH) to face the Tigers in a Buckeye Border match on Friday, February 14. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 0-19. Holgate lost 42-30 in their recent league match against Hilltop (West Unity, OH)
The Marines now sport a 1-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Churubusco for a non-league challenge on Friday, February 14. Hamilton will battle a Eagles team coming off a 33-31 non-league win over Lakewood Park Christian (Auburn, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 6-12.
