New York High School Basketball - Geneva defeats Palmyra-Macedon
February 11, 2025: Geneva, NY 14456 The Geneva Panthers (Geneva, NY) basketball were winner over the visiting Palmyra-Macedon Red Raiders (Palmyra, NY), 56-41 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Panthers now possess a 11-5 record. They play next when they host Midlakes for a Section 5 Finger Lakes - East bout on Wednesday, February 12. Geneva will play a Screaming Eagles team coming off a 69-19 league loss to Palmyra-Macedon (Palmyra, NY). The Screaming Eagles record now stands at 4-13.
With the loss, Palmyra-Macedon falls to 10-7 on the campaign. The Red raiders travel to Wayne (Ontario Center, NY) to play the Eagles in a Section 5 Finger Lakes - East bout on Friday, February 14. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 15-2. Wayne lost 68-63 in their recent league bout against Newark (Newark, NY)
