River Forest Ingots (Hobart, IN) boosters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad rout the host Hammond Academy of Science & Tech Hawks (Hammond, IN), 62-28 in a non-league battle.

With the victory, River Forest advances its record to 11-4 on the year. The Ingots host Marquette Catholic (Michigan City, IN) to meet the Blazers in a non-league battle on Friday, February 14. The Blazers enter the battle with a record of 7-11. Marquette Catholic won 84-42 in their recent non-league battle against DeMotte Christian (DeMotte, IN)

The Hawks now own a 5-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southland College Prep for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 13. Hammond Academy of Science & Tech will meet a squad coming off a 56-48 non-league win over Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL). The record now stands at 16-7.
