February 11, 2025: Mt. Carmel, IL 62863 The Mt. Carmel Golden Aces basketball squad (Mt. Carmel, IL), lost 54-38 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting North Posey Vikings (Poseyville, IN)
With the victory, North Posey advances its record to 10-8 on the year. The Vikings travel to Southridge (Huntingburg, IN) to meet the Raiders in a Pocket battle on Friday, February 14. The Raiders enter the battle with a record of 15-2. Southridge won 44-40 in their recent non-league battle against Evansville North (Evansville, IN)
The Golden Aces now own a 6-20 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Paris for a Little Illini battle on Friday, February 14. Mt. Carmel will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 57-30 non-league loss to West Vigo (West Terre Haute, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 15-12.
