The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Gibson Southern Titans (Fort Branch, IN) and the visiting North Posey Vikings (Poseyville, IN), observed Gibson Southern's basketball team knock off North Posey by a score of 51-39.

The Titans (17-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Jasper (Jasper, IN). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 9-13 record. In their last challenge, Jasper prevailed over Bedford North Lawrence (Bedford, IN), 60-52, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Vikings encounter the Tell City Marksmen (Tell City, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, March 5. North Posey will attempt to improve on its 10-11 season record.
