Minnesota High School Basketball - Osakis toppled by Sauk Centre
February 11, 2025: Osakis, MN 56360 Sauk Centre Mainstreeters (Sauk Centre, MN) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Osakis Silverstreaks (Osakis, MN), 64-51 in a league match.
With the victory, Sauk Centre upgrades its record to 13-7 on the year. The Mainstreeters travel to Foley (Foley, MN) to face the Falcons in a AA Section 6 match on Thursday, February 13. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 6-13. Foley lost 59-42 in their recent non-league match against Pequot Lakes (Pequot Lakes, MN)
The Silverstreaks now sport a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Albany for a AA Section 6 match on Thursday, February 13. Osakis will face a Huskies squad coming off a 79-38 non-league win over Pierz (Pierz, MN). The Huskies record now stands at 19-0.
