Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Ridgemont Golden Gophers (Mount Victory, OH) and the host Vanlue Wildcats (Vanlue, OH), saw Ridgemont's basketball squad hold off Vanlue by a tally of 83-76.

With the victory, Ridgemont improves its record to 14-6 on the campaign. The Golden Gophers travel to Cory-Rawson (Rawson, OH) to confront the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 15. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 3-16. Cory-Rawson lost 49-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Hardin Northern (Dola, OH)
