Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Keyser Golden Tornado (Keyser, WV) and the host Lincoln Cougars (Shinnston, WV), saw Keyser's basketball squad overcome Lincoln by a tally of 58-50.

With the victory, Keyser improves its record to 13-4 on the campaign. The Golden Tornado travel to Petersburg (Petersburg, WV) to play the Vikings in a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 15. The Vikings come into the battle with a record of 14-4. Petersburg lost 53-45 in their recent non-league battle against Tucker County (Hambleton, WV)

The Cougars (7-12) will now prepare for their battle against Fairmont Senior (Fairmont, WV). The Polar Bears come into the Big Ten battle with a 18-1 record. In their last battle, Fairmont Senior prevailed over East Fairmont (Fairmont, WV), 89-47, in a league battle.
