Kansas High School Basketball - Hill City crushes Thunder Ridge

February 12, 2024: Hill City, KS 67642

Hill City Ringnecks (Hill City, KS) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Thunder Ridge Longhorns (Kensington, KS), 67-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Hill City upgrades its record to 12-4 on the season. The Ringnecks travel to Logan/Palco (Logan, KS) to play the in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 13. The go into the bout with a record of 13-4. Logan/Palco lost 59-42 in their recent non-league bout against Plainville (Plainville, KS)

Next up, the Longhorns play the Lincoln Leopards (Lincoln, KS) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Thunder Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 3-13 season record. The Leopards go into the bout with a 10-6 record after their 62-37 non-league win over Tescott (Tescott, KS).
