Michigan High School Basketball - Grand Blanc tops Bay City Western
February 13, 2024: Grand Blanc, MI 48439 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Grand Blanc Bobcats (Grand Blanc, MI) and the visiting Bay City Western Warriors (Auburn, MI), saw Grand Blanc's basketball squad knock off Bay City Western by a tally of 54-45.
With the victory, Grand Blanc improves its record to 9-7 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Beecher (Flint, MI) to play the Buccaneers in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 16. The Buccaneers come into the challenge with a record of 10-8. Beecher lost 55-53 in their recent league challenge against Bendle (Burton, MI)
Next up, the Warriors play the Central Wolves (Bay City, MI) in a Saginaw Valley challenge, on Saturday, February 17. Bay City Western will attempt to improve on its 7-11 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 1-17 record after their 55-43 league loss to Midland (Midland, MI).
