Indiana High School Basketball - South Bend Riley tops Culver Academies
February 13, 2024: South Bend, IN 46613 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the South Bend Riley Wildcats (South Bend, IN) and the visiting Culver Academies Eagles (Culver, IN), saw South Bend Riley's basketball squad knock off Culver Academies by a tally of 48-36.
With the victory, South Bend Riley improves its record to 19-4 on the campaign. The Wildcats host South Bend Adams (South Bend, IN) to play the Eagles in a Northern Indiana challenge on Friday, February 16. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 8-12. South Bend Adams lost 52-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Mishawaka (Mishawaka, IN)
Next up, the Eagles play the Maconaquah Braves (Bunker Hill, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 17. Culver Academies will attempt to improve on its 8-11 season record. The Braves come into the challenge with a 14-5 record after their 80-75 league loss to Manchester (North Manchester, IN).
