Iowa High School Basketball - Spencer knocks off Sioux City West
February 13, 2025: Sioux City, IA 51103 In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Spencer Tigers basketball team scored a good 55-43 win over the Sioux City West Wolverines.
The Tigers (11-9) will now prepare for their contest against Le Mars (Le Mars, IA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 6-14 record. In their last contest, Le Mars defeated Jefferson (Council Bluffs, IA), 78-42, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Wolverines battle the Dakota Valley Panthers (North Sioux City, SD) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 18. Sioux City West will attempt to better on its 3-15 season record. The Panthers come into the contest with a 12-5 record after their 58-53 non-league win over Dell Rapids (Dell Rapids, SD).
