Colorado High School Basketball - The Academy held off by Stargate School

In Thursday's league test, the Stargate School Eagles (Thornton, CO) basketball squad got by the visiting The Academy Wildcats (Westminster, CO), by a score of 31-29.

Next, the Eagles encounter the Colorado Academy Mustangs (Denver, CO) in a 4A/3A Metro test, on Wednesday, February 19. Stargate School will attempt to improve on its 6-14 season record. The Mustangs come into the test with a 9-10 record after their 48-42 league loss to Peak to Peak (Lafayette, CO).

The Wildcats (3-16) will now prepare for their test against Arrupe Jesuit (Denver, CO). The Generals come into the non-league test with a 8-11 record. In their last test, Arrupe Jesuit was nipped by Fort Lupton (Fort Lupton, CO), 47-26, in a league test.
