Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Cypress Creek Coyotes (Wesley Chapel, FL) and the visiting Pasco Pirates (Dade City, FL), witnessed Cypress Creek's lacrosse squad achieve victory over Pasco by a count of 7-3.

The Coyotes (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Sickles (Tampa, FL). The Gryphons enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record.

Next, the Pirates meet the Tampa Prep Terrapins (Tampa, FL) in a 1A D9 contest, on Wednesday, February 19. Pasco will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Terrapins enter the contest with a 2-0 record after their 4-3 non-league win over Land O' Lakes (Land O' Lakes, FL).
