Northwestern Tigers (Kokomo, IN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Rossville Hornets (Rossville, IN), 50-44 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Northwestern upgrades its record to 8-8 on the season. The Tigers host Lafayette Central Catholic (Lafayette, IN) to clash with the Knights in a Hoosier - West bout on Friday, February 17. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 10-10. Lafayette Central Catholic lost 54-49 in their recent league bout against West Lafayette (West Lafayette, IN)

Next up, the Hornets clash with the Faith Christian Eagles (Lafayette, IN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 18. Rossville will attempt to upgrade on its 10-11 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 8-12 record after their 54-39 league loss to Tri-County (Wolcott, IN).
