February 14, 2024: Hagerstown, MD 21740 The Catoctin Cougars basketball team (Thurmont, MD), dropped 92-73 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host St. James Saints (Hagerstown, MD)
The Saints now possess a 6-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sidwell Friends for a DCSAA AA battle on Friday, February 16. St. James will confront a Quakers team coming off a 66-55 league win over Maret (Washington, DC). The Quakers record now stands at 21-4.
The Cougars (6-14) will now prepare for their battle against Francis Scott Key (Union Bridge, MD). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 2-20 record. In their last battle, Francis Scott Key dropped by Smithsburg (Smithsburg, MD), 52-42, in a non-league battle.
