February 14, 2024: Cade, LA 70518 The Episcopal of Acadiana Falcons (Cade, LA) basketball felled the visiting Church Point Bears (Church Point, LA), 61-51 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Falcons (21-9) will now prepare for their test against Kaplan (Kaplan, LA). The Pirates go into the non-league test with a 5-24 record. In their last test, Kaplan was beaten by Lake Arthur (Lake Arthur, LA), 79-56, in a non-league test.
The Bears now own a 13-13 record. They play next when they travel to Iota for a 3A District 4 test on Thursday, February 15. Church Point will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 66-51 league win over Port Barre (Port Barre, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 21-6.
