Louisiana High School Basketball - Lacassine fells Episcopal of Acadiana
January 9, 2024: Cade, LA 70518 Lacassine Cardinals (Lacassine, LA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Episcopal of Acadiana Falcons (Cade, LA), 77-66 in a league bout.
With the win, Lacassine upgrades its record to 28-1 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Bell City (Bell City, LA) to play the Bruins in a B District 6 bout on Thursday, January 11. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 7-11. Bell City lost 71-64 in their recent league bout against Midland (Midland, LA)
Next up, the Falcons play the JS Clark Leadership Academy Bulldogs (Opelousas, LA) in a B District 6 bout, on Friday, January 12. Episcopal of Acadiana will attempt to upgrade on its 14-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 12-7 record after their 81-19 league win over Hathaway (Jennings, LA).
