The Jemez Valley (Jemez Pueblo, NM) varsity basketball team won Wednesday's home conference game against New Mexico School for the Deaf (Santa Fe, NM) by a score of 54-19.
The Jemez Valley Warriors basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting New Mexico School for the Deaf Roadrunners to 19 in the Warriors league triumph on Wednesday.
The Warriors now sport a 18-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Coronado for a A District 7 contest on Thursday, February 15. Jemez Valley will meet a Leopards team coming off a 55-42 league loss to Legacy Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Leopards record now stands at 4-12.
The Roadrunners (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against Evangel Christian Academy/Oak Grove Classical Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Eagle enter the A District 7 contest with a 6-13 record. In their last contest, Evangel Christian Academy/Oak Grove Classical Academy was routed by Jemez Valley (Jemez Pueblo, NM), 51-29, in a league contest.
