The Normal Community Ironmen (Normal, IL) basketball edged the host Richwoods Knights (Peoria, IL), 80-78 in Friday's league bout.

The Ironmen now possess a 24-4 record. They play next when they travel to Principia for a non-league bout on Monday, February 17. Normal Community will play a Panthers team coming off a 80-59 non-league win over Christian Brothers (St. Louis, MO). The Panthers record now stands at 22-1.
