Georgia High School Soccer - Jackson County knocks off Athens Academy
February 14, 2025: Jefferson, GA 30548 In Friday's non-league outing, the host Jackson County Panthers soccer squad scored a nice 9-0 win over the Athens Academy Spartans.
The Panthers (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Collins Hill (Suwanee, GA). The Eagles enter the non-league outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Collins Hill ran past Dunwoody (Dunwoody, GA), 4-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Spartans confront the Hebron Christian Lions (Dacula, GA) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, February 20. Athens Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Lions enter the outing with a 2-0 record after their 0-0 non-league South Gwinnett (Snellville, GA).
