Connecticut High School Ice Hockey - Hand drops to North Haven
February 15, 2023: North Haven, CT 06473 In Wednesday's league test, the host North Haven Nighthawks ice hockey team scored a tight 6-1 win over the Hand Tigers.
The Nighthawks (14-2) will now prepare for their test against Sheehan (Wallingford, CT). The Titans enter the Southern Connecticut - DII test with a 6-8 record. In their last test, Sheehan was trounced by Amity Regional (Woodbridge, CT), 4-2, in a league test.
Next up, the Tigers encounter the Lyman Hall Trojans (Wallingford, CT) in a Southern Connecticut - DII test, on Saturday, February 18. Hand will attempt to advance on its 6-9 season record. The Trojans enter the test with a 3-13 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Woodstock Academy (Woodstock, CT).
