Illinois High School Basketball - North Central tops Marshall
February 16, 2023: Marshall, IL 62441 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the North Central Thunderbirds (Farmersburg, IN) and the host Marshall Lions (Marshall, IL), saw North Central's basketball squad knock off Marshall by a count of 74-56.
With the victory, North Central upgrades its record to 12-9 on the campaign. The Thunderbirds travel to Linton-Stockton (Linton, IN) to play the Miners in a Southwestern Indiana challenge on Friday, February 17. The Miners come into the challenge with a record of 19-1. Linton-Stockton won 77-52 in their recent non-league challenge against Terre Haute South Vigo (Terre Haute, IN)
