February 16, 2024: Chamberlain, SD 57325 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the West Central Trojans (Hartford, SD) and the host Chamberlain Cubs (Chamberlain, SD), saw West Central's basketball squad wallop Chamberlain by a count of 58-37.
With the victory, West Central upgrades its record to 10-10 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to McCook Central/Montrose (Salem, SD) to play the Fighting Cougars in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 20. The Fighting Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 6-15. McCook Central/Montrose won 61-56 in their recent league challenge against Madison (Madison, SD)
Next up, the Cubs play the Parkston Trojans (Parkston, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 20. Chamberlain will attempt to upgrade on its 9-12 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 14-6 record after their 62-48 league loss to Mt. Vernon/Plankinton (Mt. Vernon, SD).
