Loomis Chaffee School Pelicans (Windsor, CT) fans left the game thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their ice hockey team achieve victory over the visiting Williston Northampton Wildcats (Easthampton, MA), 3-0 in a league match.

The Pelicans (18-5) will now prepare for their match against Phillips Academy (Andover, MA). The Big Blue enter the match with a 18-3 record. In their last match, Phillips Academy held off Worcester Academy (Worcester, MA), 8-3, in a league match.

Next up, the Wildcats encounter the Deerfield Academy Big Green (Deerfield, MA) in a bout, on Wednesday, February 21. Williston Northampton will attempt to better on its 17-3 season record. The Big Green go into the bout with a 16-4 record after their 5-0 league win over Hotchkiss School (Lakeville, CT).
