February 17, 2025: Dalton, GA 30722 Model Blue Devils (Rome, GA) backers exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Christian Heritage Lions (Dalton, GA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Model advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Coosa (Rome, GA) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league test on Wednesday, February 19. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 2-0. Coosa 2-2 in their recent non-league test against Pepperell (Lindale, GA)
The Lions now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 18. Christian Heritage will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Ridgeland (Rossville, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-0.
