Illinois High School Basketball - El Paso-Gridley defeats Ridgeview
February 18, 2025: El Paso, IL 61738 The El Paso-Gridley Titans (El Paso, IL) basketball were winner over the visiting Ridgeview Mustangs (Colfax, IL), 63-49 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Titans now possess a 21-8 record. They play next when they travel to Illinois Valley Central for a non-league bout on Thursday, February 20. El Paso-Gridley will play a Grey Ghosts team coming off a 59-30 league win over Paxton-Buckley-Loda (Paxton, IL). The Grey Ghosts record now stands at 13-16.
With the loss, Ridgeview falls to 10-17 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Heyworth (Heyworth, IL) to play the Hornets in a Heart of Illinois bout on Friday, February 21. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 13-16. Heyworth lost 53-51 in their recent league bout against Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley (Gibson City, IL)
