Shining Light Academy Knights (Greensboro, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Forsyth Home Educators Hawks (Winston-Salem, NC), 65-55 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Shining Light Academy upgrades its record to 18-5 on the year.

The Hawks now sport a 11-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Surry HomeSchool for a non-league match on Thursday, February 20. Forsyth Home Educators will face a Runnin' Patriots squad coming off a 56-52 non-league loss to NC Heat (Greensboro, NC). The Runnin' Patriots record now stands at 9-25.
