February 19, 2024: Albuquerque, NM 87112 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the West Mesa Mustangs (Albuquerque, NM) and the host Manzano Monarchs (Albuquerque, NM), saw West Mesa's basketball squad wallop Manzano by a tally of 58-25.
With the victory, West Mesa improves its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM) to confront the Golden Eagles in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 21. The Golden Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 9-8. Eldorado lost 72-59 in their recent non-league challenge against Farmington (Farmington, NM)
Next up, the Monarchs confront the Albuquerque Bulldogs (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 21. Manzano will attempt to improve on its 2-16 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 11-7 record after their 75-43 non-league win over Rio Grande (Albuquerque, NM).
