The Brookhaven Panthers (Brookhaven, MS) softball routed the host Wesson Cobras (Wesson, MS), 22-6 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Panthers now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Salem for a non-league test on Friday, February 20. Brookhaven will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 15-1 league win over Sacred Heart (Hattiesburg, MS). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-1.
