West Virginia High School Basketball - Liberty crushes Sherman
February 20, 2023: Glen Daniel, WV 25844 Liberty Raiders (Glen Daniel, WV) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Sherman Tide (Seth, WV), 82-48 in a league bout.
With the victory, Liberty upgrades its record to 12-9 on the campaign. The Raiders host Van (Van, WV) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 21. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 1-17. Van lost 75-60 in their recent non-league bout against River View (Bradshaw, WV)
Next up, the Tide play the Montcalm Generals (Montcalm, WV) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 21. Sherman will attempt to upgrade on its 11-11 season record. The Generals come into the bout with a 11-6 record after their 60-45 non-league loss to Greater Beckley Christian (Prosperity, WV).
