Jefferson Cavaliers (Sioux Falls, SD) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Riggs Governors (Pierre, SD), 64-47 in a league bout.

With the victory, Jefferson upgrades its record to 10-9 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host Aberdeen Central (Aberdeen, SD) to play the Golden Eagles in a AA bout on Friday, February 23. The Golden Eagles come into the bout with a record of 8-13. Aberdeen Central lost 55-53 in their recent league bout against Roosevelt (Sioux Falls, SD)
