Oregon High School Basketball - West Salem tops McNary
February 20, 2024: Salem, OR 97304 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the West Salem Titans (Salem, OR) and the visiting McNary Celtics (Keizer, OR), saw West Salem's basketball squad knock off McNary by a tally of 72-53.
With the victory, West Salem improves its record to 20-4 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Sprague (Salem, OR) to play the Olympians in a 6A Central Valley challenge on Friday, February 23. The Olympians come into the challenge with a record of 15-8. Sprague won 73-59 in their recent league challenge against South Salem (Salem, OR)
Next up, the Celtics play the South Salem Saxons (Salem, OR) in a 6A Central Valley challenge, on Friday, February 23. McNary will attempt to improve on its 13-10 season record. The Saxons come into the challenge with a 9-14 record after their 74-65 league win over North Salem (Salem, OR).
