In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Brush Beetdiggers basketball team scored a good 62-42 win over the Weld Central Rebels.

The Beetdiggers (9-12) will now prepare for their contest against Valley (Gilcrest, CO). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 6-15 record. In their last contest, Valley defeated Weld Central (Keenesburg, CO), 73-61, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Rebels battle the Valley Vikings (Gilcrest, CO) in a 4A Patriot contest, on Saturday, February 22. Weld Central will attempt to better on its 2-19 season record. The Vikings come into the contest with a 5-15 record after their 91-53 league loss to Eaton (Eaton, CO).
