The Brush Beetdiggers basketball squad (Brush, CO), was nudged 62-57 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Valley Vikings (Gilcrest, CO)

Next, the Vikings clash with the The Pinnacle Timberwolves (Federal Heights, CO) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, January 14. Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Timberwolves come into the outing with a 5-2 record after their 56-30 league loss to Englewood (Englewood, CO).

The Beetdiggers (5-3) will now prepare for their outing against Frontier Academy (Greeley, CO). The Wolverines come into the 3A Patriot outing with a 7-3 record. In their last outing, Frontier Academy held off Fort Morgan (Fort Morgan, CO), 56-51, in a non-league outing.
