Georgia High School Baseball - Lumpkin County loses to Pickens
The Pickens Dragons crushed the host Lumpkin County Indians baseball team by a count of 16-7 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Dragons now possess a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Gilmer for a non-league bout on Thursday, February 25. Pickens will face a Bobcats team coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Union County (Blairsville, GA). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-2.
Next, the Indians face the Murray County Indians (Chatsworth, GA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 27. Lumpkin County will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Indians enter the bout with a 4-2 record after their 8-7 non-league win over Gordon Central (Calhoun, GA).
