South Dakota High School Basketball - Jefferson crushes Aberdeen Central
February 24, 2023: Aberdeen, SD 57401 Jefferson Cavaliers (Sioux Falls, SD) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles (Aberdeen, SD), 86-47 in a league bout.
With the win, Jefferson upgrades its record to 18-1 on the season. The Cavaliers host Riggs (Pierre, SD) to clash with the Governors in a AA bout on Monday, February 27. The Governors go into the bout with a record of 12-7. Riggs won 68-63 in their recent league bout against Roosevelt (Sioux Falls, SD)
Next up, the Golden Eagles clash with the Watertown Arrows (Watertown, SD) in a AA bout, on Saturday, February 25. Aberdeen Central will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record. The Arrows go into the bout with a 7-12 record after their 66-42 league loss to Harrisburg (Harrisburg, SD).
