The St. Rita Mustangs basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the host Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings to 41 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Friday.

The Mustangs now sport a 23-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brother Rice for a non-league contest on Wednesday, March 1. St. Rita will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 64-48 non-league win over Andrew (Tinley Park, IL). The Crusaders record now stands at 28-4.
